The stock price of REITs, a real estate stock, has risen along with expectations for a U.S. interest rate cut. Singapore Airlines is a good enough airline to compete for first and second place in the service sector and the best airline sector in SKYTRAX. And compared to before COVID-19, the flight occupancy rate has increased a lot and the profits have improved a lot. So, Singapore Airlines' stock price has continued to rise these days.
